I brought a new style heater valve, but this was not a complete kit as there was no fitting to attach the cable. I contacted P&L to be told that the cable connection was not included. This cost me a further £2-3, which would have been more if I had not made the point that the heater valve was not fit for purpose, as it would not work without the cable connector, and therefore was granted free postage. Not a great experience, so have reverted back to Mini Spares or Mini Sport.
