Parcelforce - who P4D said would be collecting my parcels - did not arrive to collect my parcels.
The only way to contact P4D is by email - all very vague. They do not appear to have contacted Parcelforce at all, and are already saying I will need to pay extra charges if I missed the collection - despite my assurances that no one approached my door at all.
Alternate phone number, supplied by my bank - 01295 228400 - went through to P4D finance
