This company staff members in transport team are rude and very unprofessional even thd management tone for customer is shocking I have been in this industry for 30 years not come across such behaviour towards client giving them business took 3 weeks to deliver and to date no proof of delivery as one of orders items were damaged and missing they refuse to answer issues as they take payment in advance be cautious are incompetent staff leading the services

šŸ˜”šŸ¤¬Awful services , I booked 6 bulk pallet delivery from birmingham to london and they lost 6 bulk pallets, how can you lost whole lorry of 6 pallets. Now itā€™s more then month I am calling them and sending them email every day no update, they r keep saying our manager is on holidays ceo donā€™t deal with maters and they r investigating

Crooks, Liars and Thieves. They destroyed a pallet of ours worth Ā£2500. Lied about the destruction and for 7 months have ignored all correspendence. I will now have to spend money on solicitors to recover my losses. They are the absolute pits. I have reported them thrice on trust sites and each time, someone has assured me of a response. but nothing ever lands, they policy is to just rob people blind and hope they go away. Avoid avoid avoid!

Paid insured delivery for a valuable item. Delivered crushed. Assured for insurance payout after claim "approved" and after 7 emails to "support" NOTHING. My advice DO NOT use thse guys for insured delivery items of value. They have shocking customer service and DO NOT PAY OUT.

Crooks and Liars. In December their appointed haulier dropped our pallet. Rewrapped it to conceal the damage and then delifered it to our customer with no information around the Ā£2500 loss and damage they caused. 6 months later after sending more than 20 emails - their employee Ryan Belshaw who is apparently handling the matter has done nothing, is now ignoring all emails and we wiill be forced to spend money raising legal action against them to recover our losses. We operate as a non profit company and this loss of goods has been devastating to us. Avoid them at all costs!

Absolutely terrible. 1-day delivery took 5 days, resulting in added cost on the receiving side for every day they didn't deliver. Complaints/support department is non-existent. AVOID.

I had topped up my account and now my business is non-existent, I asked for a full refund. They have point blankly refused saying they don't do refunds you must book a service! I explained we no longer need deliveries hence the refund request, then they came back with 'you have used your credit for earlier deliveries' which are complete lies. The worst company ever to deal with, never use them - they will Rob you and.let you down.

Avoid, avoid avoid!!! Absolute waste of time. Wish I had read the reviews before booking with them. Happy to take your money, but totally let down. Waited all day for the confirmation of pallet pick up only to then try and contact them when it wasn't collected and discover no contact number was listed on their website (I wonder why). If there was an option for zero stars, I would have chosen that! I am told I will receive a refund, but it could take 5-10 working days. Seriously? Just adds insult to injury.

terrible company to deal with. make a booking to send a pallet abroad at a set price once we had paid they then threw lots of other charges and mountains of paperwork we thus cancelled the order which they agreed to but they have to failed to refund our money there an utterly awful business to deal with and theres no clarity with them what so ever once of the worst businesses we have ever dealt with

This company is an absolute joke. They don't tell you when they will be collecting your pallet. Our driver came a day early, and had to return the next day. Our pallet went missing, when reported, i had another driver turn up the next day to collect it! The pallet has gone missing, with the contents, and they stop responding to your messages and contact in general. I've submitted an insurance claim and surprisingly heard nothing from them. Do not use this company, no matter how cheap they are. There is a reason. They have started posting fake reviews to counteract the amount of poor reviews that they have received.

0 star have so much anger for this company at the moment. Was left waiting for 6 hours because they told me that someone is on the way between 8 am and 8pm so I'm sitting at my work in the dark as it's meant to be delivered there and still nothing. Was told they can't contact courier because they don't have phones. And although my number was put on the address information they can't contact me because they don't give the courier's phones? Absolutely disgusted lost money and time and the support isn't providing a solution.

Stay away from this company, an absolute disgrace to the pallet industry. I arranged, and paid for a pallet to be collected on a Friday. I stayed in all day waiting for P4D to collect. Nothing happened. I couldn't contact them to find out what was happening because there wasn't anyone answering their contact number. Further, nobody contacted me from P4D to update me about the situation or if there was a problem. I sent them an email later on that day to find out when my pallet would be collected, but did not received a response. The following day (Saturday), I cancelled the Order and requested a refund of my money. On the Monday I again asked for a response to my email. Eventually, via live chat I was told that my order had been cancelled and that my money would be refunded. I asked for this to be put in writing via an email. Despite their assertion that emails had been sent to me confirming the cancellation and refund of my money, I didn't receive any emails. Eventually, after putting pressure on them, I received an email. I had to contact them again after 7 working days to tell them that I still hadn't received my refund. I was told that a supervisor had arranged the refund and it would be in my bank account shortly. I still have not received my money back, 9 days after my first request, and despite their assurance that my money would be returned. I would actively encourage any person requiring a pallet service to go elsewhere. In the end I used another company whose service was excellent.

I am still waiting to hear about my missing pallet. The company is very very slow and not reliable. Canā€™t be trusted because they never šŸ‘ŽšŸæ deliver on time or sometime goods go missing without any trace.

Multiple experiences in 2020 of P4D taking longer than quoted for - pay for 2-3 days services to Europe and they take 5-6 days and don't always provice tracking and when you seek information it takes days to reply. I feel like we paid the extra Ā£20-Ā£40 as bonus for their profits - and they still sent on a 5-7 days service. Ā Since Brexit - they don't have time scales and only when chased for information after sending do they say 2-4 weeks - our last pallet to Poland took almost 7 weeks - and they couldn't care less - just blamed it on Brexit - We will not be using them again - and I suggest anyone that wants to actually get their goods delivered on time uses ANY alternative as it cannot be this bad.Ā

One of the worst pallet carriers. one of the worst pallet carriers. Their site is made in such a way that you can not track any collections. No updates are provided regarding collection, there is no one that can be contacted, no contact phone numbers, nobody responds to chat or emails! Paying extra for next day collection and for Saturday delivery for no reason. Had to cancel and look for another carrier! An absolute disgrace! Avoid at all cost! They look more like scammers!!!

Arranged for this company to collect a pallet from Exter on the 26th April, they arrived but couldn't collect it as there was a problem with a fork lift truck and promised to return the next day ...... over a week later and no sign of them and the pallet hasn't been collected. We cannot talk to anyone on the phone as they are using the excuse of Covid ... didn't know Covid stopped telephones from working!!! No live chat so have sent numerous emails since the 27th April and are still yet to receive a reply - absolutely disgraceful service and the best part is they make you pay up front for a service they don't provide, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Pallet not collected as booked, impossible to get hold of anyone at P4D to sort it out as email the only option, which took days to get any response. Pallet ended up finally going a week late and only because we got in contact directly with courier. Wouldn't ever use P4D again.

Awful company. Put in a claim as parcel was completely damaged, had insurance been 2 months and they have not answered any email. Sent them recorded letters which know they have received. Now taking it to small claims court!!
