We also offer pallet delivery services at reduced prices with Palletways. We’re based in the UK, but we ship all over the world, both import and export.

Sure, they delivered my parcels, BUT they sent me an invoice for a "surcharge", unspecified and with no explanation, which was more than double the original charge. I thought this was a scam (why would a surcharge be more than double?) and ignored it. They then took £54 from my account and their customer service (ha ha!) simply repeated the invoice, with no explanation. What's more they set up this account to make payments on a regular basis, labelled "professional services". It's fraud. Don't go near them.

Why is this company still in business? They have lost my package and looking at the reviews it's not the first time . Maybe I should contact one of the TV programs there is a lot of evidence to fill up a day of TV .

Parcel collected and delivered to wrong address. 5 days after I reported this to P4D it is still there. Everyone makes mistakes, but to take no action to correct the situation shows a really deep commitment to not giving a dam.

Avoid, avoid avoid!!! Absolute waste of time. Wish I had read the reviews before booking with them. Happy to take your money, but totally let down. Waited all day for the confirmation of pallet pick up only to then try and contact them when it wasn't collected and discover no contact number was listed on their website (I wonder why). If there was an option for zero stars, I would have chosen that! I am told I will receive a refund, but it could take 5-10 working days. Seriously? Just adds insult to injury.

Awful, truly awful (lack of) service yet again from P4D. I have been let down so many times by them now that I simply couldn't bring myself to recommend any aspect of this cowboy outfit at all. Paying for the privilege of just being left hanging with no-one to contact when something does go wrong (as it invariably does) is nothing short of a complete disgrace. How this company is still in business is anyone's guess, they are happy to take customers' money, then they lie to and dismiss those same customers out of hand.

False promises Not a simple request obviously - needed a pallet collecting from Turkey and delivering to Uk by end July. Now August and still no sign. Communication is painfully slow with P4D - I always have to do the chasing and there is no urgency at all from their end. This is costing money, time and definitely patience and goodwill

Appalling. Zero customer service, nobody to talk to if it goes wrong. Then they dont answer your mails. Next time I will book with Palletways direct even though its slightly more expensive because I cannot send out goods to customers and not be able to manage the delivery if there is a problem.Having an agent that doesnt care a toss isnt worth any amount of saving when you are losing an entire consignment.

I have been let down more times than I can actually recall, there now appears to be no telephone number to even contact their elusive customer services on either, it is so frustrating to continually remind a company of their entirely shoddy service and to get nowhere with them. I could not recommend P4D in any way whatsoever.

Avoid this company! P4D have taken over a week to collect a pallet that was on a 3-6 day service. They have taken the money but the pallet still remains at the collection address. Unable to call as they don't answer the phone.

Would gladly leave 0 starts as they have not only damaged my items but given me 0 response back, not even one email. filled all the forms for the claim yet not one single response.

Cannot get hold of them. They give out a phone number and say its open 9-5 whenever you ring it, it just says 'you can find all the info you need online' and will not give you the option to speak to anyone! Sooooooooo annoying, I wont be using them again, and suggest you don't either if you are thinking about it.

Awful service damaged our pallet and then denied it. Impossible to contact and take days to respond to emails. Now having to submit a county court claim against them. Exceptionally poor customer service from a company bigging up how good they are.

Parcel took over a week to collect despite numerous attempts to contact them to find out what was going on, should have seen this as a red flag. Finally got collected by Hermes which was taken back to the local depot then 'hey presto' it vanished. After contacting P4D to find out what was going on the only message you ever receive is all information has been sent to Hermes & they are sorry the parcel has not yet been found. Then to top it off they advise there is no insurance available for Hermes - what a surprise. IF EVERYONE OPENS A CASE WITH RESOLVER SOMETHING MIGHT JUST HAPPEN TO THESE INCOMPETENT UNRELIABLE BUSINESSES. TRADING STANDARDS IS MY NEXT POINT OF CALL, AS HERMES WILL NOT DEAL WITH YOU DIRECT EITHER, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE THE ONES WHO SUPPOSEDLY LOST THE PARCEL.

As a customer of long-standing I have no complaints with this company, fill in details, e-mail arrives several minutes later stating pick up next day( gives me a day to give my flat a good clean) suitcase delivered to my daughter in London next day.Thank you 😊

Lost my parcel literally days after receiving it. Their operations manager told me it it is unlikely to be found after 24 hours after reported. Then advised that not only can they not help further, the parcel was not insured. Helpful eh?

Parcel wasn't collected. Next day I emailed asking what happened they said they had run out of time. I kept asking when it would be collected. No real response. Waited a week had to take days holiday to wait in. Still didn't collect.....terrible service. No phone number to speak to them either....all had to be done by email and they often didn't bother responding. Cowboys do not use them!!

P4D did not let me know what date and time were going to deliver the pallet. Delivery man did not leave the pallet and not called, neither left a note. Basically I had to call them back after a few days in order to find out where my pallet was, and they said I could go to collect my pallet to Southwick (far from where I live), or arrange a redelivery for the extra charge £24. First and last time I contract their services, not professionals and they did not want to take their responsibility, not even apologetics. Not recommend it!!

Parcel was never collected. Sender waited in for days and didn't go out. THIS BUNCH OF TOTAL COWBOYS DO NOT RESPOND YOU ONLY GET ANSWER MACHINE AND THEY KEEP YOUR PAYMENT IN THEIR BANK ACCOUNT UNTIL PAY-PAL SORT OUT MONEY FOR YOU OVER A MTH LATER. Very sly another INTERNET SCAM my advice is TOTALLY AVOID. Really my advice is STAY WELL CLEAR or you will be RIPPED OFF. They are set up and organized for taking money into hold in their account and in return YOU WILL BE REGRETING EVER DEALING WITH THIS LOT. DONT SAY I DEIDNT WARN YOU.
