False promises
Not a simple request obviously - needed a pallet collecting from Turkey and delivering to Uk by end July. Now August and still no sign. Communication is painfully slow with P4D - I always have to do the chasing and there is no urgency at all from their end. This is costing money, time and definitely patience and goodwill
