P4D did not let me know what date and time were going to deliver the pallet. Delivery man did not leave the pallet and not called, neither left a note. Basically I had to call them back after a few days in order to find out where my pallet was, and they said I could go to collect my pallet to Southwick (far from where I live), or arrange a redelivery for the extra charge £24.
First and last time I contract their services, not professionals and they did not want to take their responsibility, not even apologetics.
Not recommend it!!
