DO NOT USE THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY. We placed an order for a pallet to be delivered to Northern Ireland they never turned up to collect it. When we asked for a refund they refused and said they can not due to covid and sent a credit note telling us we can use that. This was a one off purchase we will never use them again. Now we have to go to our credit card company to get the money back. THIS IS A REALLY BAD COMPANY DOES NOT DO AS AGREED DOES NOT REFUND YOU DOES NOTHING. GOOD LUCK IF YOU USE THEM. All the questions below how long did delivery take etc are a joke they never collected it

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had a pallet picked up with a van engine and gearbox costing £1400 This was a good customer of mine who fronted the money. The pallet has disappeared into thin air. Not only has this made me look stupid I have lost a loyal customer and his family also I had to refund him £1400 the lack of communication is fierce. This company is based in the Philippines. So no phone or contact number. Just email please please be aware. This isn't just a couple of quid this is a lot of money I have Lost

It would be half a star if possible, I have been let down on 4 separate occasions by P4D and the support service is also atrocious, on one occasion I had to contact them 3 DAYS after they were supposed to deliver our pallet. November 2020 we paid for a 'next-day' delivery service on the 11/11/2020 it is now 13/11/2020 and the pallet still has not arrived and when you complain, all you get is 'sorry'. Well we have credit with P4D let's see if they will return our money as we are pig sick of this company.

Leave well alone. Failed to arrange an uplift on the agreed day, then arranged one for a week later. Since then have been fraudulently trying to charge me for an uplift that was cancelled by the pallet company. And then they do not answer emails or phone calls. I hope the company goes bankrupt because the customer service is truly awful.

WARNING!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I paid, with insurance, to ship a pallet from Stockholm to Llondon back in February 2020 - IT HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED. It is now August, over 6 months later, and no one from P4D is responding to my emails, calls or online complaints. I can not tell you how heartbreaking this is. The pallet contains my art installation that was on display in Sweden and was due to be on display here in London. This issue was happening before the lockdown, they told me back in February that my pallet was effectively being held hostage due to an unsettled financial dispute with their delivery company... My guess is that they are bankrupt, can't pay their suppliers, and are refusing to refund me and can't actually get me my pallet back, in which case, they can't afford tot pay out the insurance I took out either... If anyone has advice on what I should do next, please let me know! Thank you.

AVOID if you want to send valuable INSURED items. Postage of item was quick and delivery timely but they are slow to respond to problems and in my case refused to pay out on a broken delivery citing I hadn't contacted them initially through their portal. My emails went to an unanswered account (which I have had response on for other queries previously).

I think this firm has gone under ? Also am sure there is some kind of scam going on with "missing parcels" going to an auction !!! They are the worst company it is possible to deal with. NO COMMUNICATION, NO SERVICE, NO MANNERS***WARNING**** Don't deal with them, even if it saves a couple of pounds on postage.

AVOID! Absolutely disgraceful company. We had an issue with collection and when I tried to resolve it they just would not respond through the contact centre despite various attempts to contact. Will never use again, don't make the same mistake.

Everything went wrong from start to finish, absoloutly disgraceful excuse of a company thats if you can call them a company, personally think of them as a fraudulent, ignorant, money stealing, thieving, lying, untrustworthy excuse of a shipping/delivery merchant

Scam company, do not use under any circumstances! Pay the extra £2 and use a reputable parcel company directly. Waited in all day for pickup of parcel to no avail, when I checked on the status of my order it was noted that a pickup attempt had been attempted and I was not at the address...... Except I was at the address and at the front of the property all day, so unless their driver donned an invisibility cloak and managed sneak past me, knock the door as quietly as possible, then sneak past me again to somehow get back in their van without me noticing..... Then I'm at a loss as to how they made a pickup attempt!?!?! Now there is no response from p4d, and I'm assuming no response means no refund..... So they are basically thieving Sh*#s

If you are in the UK and send pallets, I would strongly advise against using P4D. I booked two pallets to be collected from our warehouse. Different sizes, and to different clients in France. We labelled them really clearly (4x A4 printed labels on each). P4D's agents failed to collect on the appointed day, leaving me waiting till 7 in a cold warehouse. Then P4D demanded a 'missed collection' payment in order to tell the agent to collect the following day. That would be refunded, they said, if I sent them evidence the missed collection wasn't my fault. I sent them evidence which they acknowledged. Two days later I received a demand for further payment as one pallet, they said, was over-sized. I realised something was wrong, because we had measured and paid correctly. I asked them to investigate urgently, as it looked like maybe the pallets had been mixed up. I spent the next two or three weeks phoning and emailing again and again about this. A pallet was indeed delivered to the wrong client, and the other one was stuck in a depot after delivery had been refused. Clients took photos which showed clearly that the pallet waybills had been mixed up by the courier. Since then, with my clients rightly furious, P4D have refused to answer my requests for some compensation, the credit card company refused to compensate me because the card was in my name and the invoice was to VEMIA, and I felt obliged to waive / refund the clients all delivery charges for the items, including our costs of collecting from Europe and palletising in the first place. That's nearly 1000GBP. The pallets were eventually delivered after over a month. P4D are still sending me regular email demands for two payments - one for the missed collection, and one for the supposedly underpaid pallet. I used to reply to them pointing out that neither charge is correct... but since they don't notice, I've stopped.
