Lost my parcel, great difficulty getting any response from them, only had to go 25 miles! Conceded loss after three weeks and there is no compensation. Abysmal customer service, taking days to respond to any communication. Then had the temerity to send me an email saying the following:- You recently saved money on parcel delivery by using P4D to send a parcel from Rye to Hailsham.
