The most appalling delivery company on the face of the planet. They will do everything they can to get negative reviews removed. Deserve a Zero rating and probably would if they were not able to get so many negative reviews removed. If you have suffered losses at the hands of these cowboys and they tell you that you are not entitled to compensation (regardless of whether you paid extra or not) they are talking rubbish.
