Paid extra for next day delivery from Zara and chose time slot 2-4pm. Was at home the whole time but then received a message at 420pm saying they had tried to make contact but couldn’t so parcel not delivered. Doorbell did not ring and they did not call. I think the driver was just running late so decided not to bother delivering. Severely unimpressed.
