“Ordered on the 27th November (Thursday) from Amazon, with indication of delivery on the 2nd December.
Since the delivery date was on a Tuesday, ask for delivery to my company's address, since no one would be at home.
On saturday 29th received, received mail giving the good news that delivery would be done in that very same day... saturday... company was closed.
On the 29th, Amazon sent an email reporting that Paack had a problem and delivery was not possible but would retry... and advising to contact Paack, but i had no contact email or phone.
Ended up replying on the mail received.
On the 2nd finally got a message from Paack indicating they had created a ticket.
1h later received a mail indicating " The postal code 4470-605 is experiencing a logistical delay due to increased volume during this time of year. We cannot confirm an exact delivery date, but our team is working to ensure your order arrives within 72 hours."
Today, 5th of December, the delivery was not yet made.
The item ordered was a secret santa gift for a party on the 5th of December.... and therefore failed its purpose
I ordered something that reported a delivery date on the 2nd. Party was on the 5th.
Paack failed to honor its commitment, provides no commited ETA and worse of all, does not even have a phone line one can call to follow up in person.
Acts witout any shred of accountability and protected from the frustration of its customers.
I will never use them again and strongly suggest to keep away from this company.
Unless you accept that being surprised by December having a peak on transit volume is a decent argument....

“Horrific delivery experience. They have my address correct (according to their own system), yet every delivery fails due to "customer absent" (not true, was waiting at home) or "incomplete address". Nobody to talk to and nobody will call me to try and figure out the problem. Total waste of a company.”

“Living in Barcelona, I tried multiple delivery companies and got different experiences.
Paack is, by all means, the worst from the first time.
- They did not even bother trying to actually deliver the parcel.
- They simply indicated that I refused to receive it ('failed delivery attempt') and sent it back. Indeed, I did not refuse - I didn't even have a chance to, and they did not try to reach out to me BEFORE canceling my order.
(yes, there were two 'failed attempts' marked yesterday and today, but both times no one called the door or contacted me in other way)
- Their mailbox is noreply and doesn't receive emails. There is no client service, no chance to dispute that weird statement.
I am glad I didn't have to pay for the delivery, but I definitely lost time. When ordering, I was choosing between two shops with nearly the same price, and I picket Fnac because there is their shop nearby and I assumed that in the worst case I will be able to pick it there (which appeared to be not the case) - and now I regret about it. However, indeed, the direct responsibility for the failure is on the delivery company, not the fnac”
“I have never seen such a disorganized and careless company as Paack. I live in Spain, and their customer service replied to me in Italian, while the parcel was sent to a completely wrong address that I never provided. That already shows how uncoordinated they are.
The courier never came for the second delivery, even though I was at home all day. My desk is right next to the window facing the street, and I can clearly confirm that no one came or rang the bell. Still, Paack insists that there were two delivery attempts. That is simply not true.
I was given a second chance to change the delivery address, which I did correctly. The driver even called me and sent a picture of the package with the new address written on it. Despite that, nobody came the second time, and now the parcel is being returned to the United Kingdom.
I paid more than twenty five euros, around thirty pounds, in customs fees, which I will probably lose because of their mistake. The way customer service handled this has been shocking, cold, and dismissive, refusing to take any responsibility. They just keep saying it was returned according to protocol, when in reality they never even tried to deliver it.
After reading other reviews, I discovered that many people have experienced the exact same situation. Fake delivery attempts, false updates, and no accountability appear to be common with this company.
I am truly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and honesty.
If your parcel is handled by Paack, you are likely to lose your time, your money, and your patience.
Never again. Avoid Paack at all costs.”

I paid extra for my parcel to have it in a specific date and never came , no quick replies and excuses about driver delay while i had paid extra .”
“Llevo cuatro pedidos diferentes con Paack, y por segunda vez consecutiva, todos han sido retrasados sin aviso previo, sin nueva fecha de entrega y sin ninguna explicación. Pago por un servicio de entrega a domicilio (a través de Amazon Prime), y lo único que recibo es silencio, excusas vacías y una total falta de profesionalidad.
No es un error puntual, es un patrón de incompetencia:
Ninguna comunicación clara sobre los retrasos.
Ninguna fecha concreta de cuándo llegarán mis paquetes.
Ninguna solución ofrecida, solo mensajes automáticos para recoger en puntos de recogida lejanos (¡10 km de mi casa!), algo que nunca he aceptado ni aceptaré, ya que pago por entrega en domicilio.
Si una empresa no puede cumplir con lo más básico (entregar a tiempo), no debería operar. Paack está arruinando la experiencia de compra y demostrando que no son dignos de confianza. Evítenlos a toda costa y busquen alternativas serias. Mientras tanto, presentaré una reclamación formal ante Amazon y la OMIC. Nunca más Paack."”

So we moved to a new home in the country a year ago, and most of our Amazon orders have been handled by PAACK.
They delivered our daughter's birthday present 4 days late, so she did not have it for her party. When it arrived, we got no explanation, no apology.
At least 10 other times, our orders have arrived days late.
At least 3 times we have had orders marked as delivered, yet no one ever even drove by our house.. then arrived days late.
One night, PAACK showed up at our house at 12:45am to deliver an order I assumed was going to be late. They must have gotten the complaint from Amazon which I had already filed.
Amazon has compensated me at least 5 times this year, so PAACK is losing Amazon money.
The absolute worst delivery company I've ever seen. I actually worked a season at UPS many years ago, and I know any driver who was this consistently undependable would have lost their job. A once a year mistake or tardiness is understandable. 10+ in a year is not.
To mark a delivery as delivered is straight up fraud.”

Dicen que han pasado a entregar el paquete y que no pudieron realizar la entrega porque no habia nadie, 3 veces seguidas, siendo esto mentira porque estaba en casa todo el rato, y ni y la segunda y la tercera vez ni siquiera se dignaron a llamar al telefono habiendo especificado que si no podian entregarlo lo hicieran, porque si estaba en casa. Y no hay forma de encontrar un numero de atencion al cliente, el cual ni siquiera constestan.
