Paack fail about half our (many) deliveries. The drivers have no local knowledge and won't use their phones (probably because they have to pay themselves). They claim to have tried delivering at weird times - our cameras say not. We get regular deliveries by all the major companies. Only this one is an endless, repeating disaster. Please let it go bust soon.

What can I even say? As proof of delivery, they uploaded a completely useless photo — impressive, right? This is by far the worst delivery service I’ve ever encountered. The driver never called, never messaged, and from what I can tell, never even tried to deliver the package. Honestly, I doubt they even made an actual delivery attempt. Extremely careless and unprofessional. I hope the company takes action, because this level of service is unacceptable.

I was supposed to receive a Zara delivery to Cap D'ail in France. Paack kept saying they would deliver the next day for about 10 days I waited inside all day. they promised to call, or leave with neighbours. But every day they didn't come. Suddenly after 10 days, I received an email saying they'd delivered!! With a fake signature. BUT there was no parcel delivered, none of my neighbours received it, I received no phone call, and the signature was nothing like mine. I arrived home half an hour after the allegedly delivery and there was nothing nowhere. Zara says case closed because they have Paack's proof of delivery. Liars. And Zara's lack of interest was also pretty shocking. And there are no phone numbers, no-one to speak to by phone neither at PAACK nor Zara. I will declare fraud to my bank and try to reclaim my money that way. Meanwhile I will warn people about PAACK and Zara deliveries.

Always sends a message saying that I wasn't home and that they attempted to deliver the package. Both are always untrue. They will always deliver the packages the next business day. So if they were supposed to deliver something in Saturday( even if you paid for it) they will claim that you were not home and deliver it on Monday

Paack, completely useless and frankly, dishonest. EVERY SINGLE TIME they are commissioned to deliver packages to us, we get repeated messages from them saying they attempted deliveries but failed to deliver. I know for A FACT these messages to be untrue. On every occasion we have been in and waiting for them and once I was working in the area next to the front gate at the time they claimed to have attempted a delivery. It’s pathetic. I wish Amazon Spain wouldn’t use them, it actually puts me off buying from Amazon.

Pack are the worst courier in the world bar none. Promised to deliver Tuesday. Didn’t arrive, then said they would deliver Friday, claimed they had tried to deliver at 6.50 am on Friday?? Then again on Saturday then Monday, all very early, all when we were at home. Why oh why do Amazon España use these totally inept lying amateurs. Will never purchase via Amazon Espana again while they use this company.

Elegí un punto de recogida para hacerlo más fácil y me informen que estaba cerrado y no han podido entregarlo. Es vuestro propio punto de recogida y tenéis que saber los horarios. Cómo es posible que el repartidor no sabe los horarios de los puntos? Es la primera vez que me pasa que un repartidor no pueda entregar a su propio punto. Una broma.

TOTAL B.S. Claims they will try again tomorrow as the address was not correct. Totally unprofessional They have my phone number. No attempt to call. So according to them they will try again delivering to the address they couldn't deliver to today. Sound suspicious? Yes because it is.

La mia esperienza con questo corriere è stata negativa. Il pacco non è mai arrivato al mio indirizzo. La foto della prova di consegna mostrava un pavimento che non corrisponde al mio, e la firma non era la mia. Dopo aver verificato con i vicini, nessuno ha ricevuto nulla. Ritengo problematico che non venga effettuata alcuna verifica dell’identità del destinatario al momento della consegna. La mancanza di controllo mette a rischio sicurezza e privacy. Spero che in futuro vengano adottate procedure più affidabili.

Would give zero stars if that was an option. Useless service. Don't reply to emails, repeat attempts for over 3 weeks to deliver to a wrong address, despite having been advised of new address details.

Worst delivery company ever. I was at home all day waiting for them and they didn't deliver, just to receive an email telling me that the driver didn't find me home.

I recently ordered a package on Shein with some items I need ASAP for work. I was assigned the courier PAAK. The first time they tried to deliver the package they said there was an anomaly in my address (which is simply untrue because last time with a different courier the address worked just fine); on the phone the operator told me the delivery guy, upon seeing the intercom with two rows of names, thought they were two different intercoms, which in and of itself is crazy. Apparently he sent a ticket to fix it but this morning the delivery failed again, the operator on the phone claimed the delivery guy couldn't find the address and that after two failed delivery attempts they will be sending the package back to Shein. Both times they neglected to call me despite the supposed delivey issues.

Every single delivery with Paack in Portugal went wrong. They never deliver on time, then they add wrong comments on Amazon: that I have not been at home, that I changed the delivery time or that they could not find my address. All these are lies! Again, this happens on every single delivery with Paack. I do not understand why Amazon still keeps using this company.

Paack in Portugal: It works badly. Not delivers as previously announced. The delivery staff (drivers) are very friendly, but have not been trained or at least informed about the Portuguese postal system. Paack is not up to date! They still do not know that there is a central distribution place in Lisbon for parcels and packages in Portugal, from which deliveries are distributed throughout the country. This means that all deliveries are placed in a locker system in the individual towns and cities, from where the individual customer can collect their delivery close to where they live. Everything is organized digitally and the customer is given their own personal code for each collection. These lockers are accessible 24/7. Which the customer appreciates. Since Paack has been operating here, no times have been kept and deliveries are usually too late. Sometimes very lat. The ‘joke’ is that Paack then informs us that the delivery could not be handed in. Minimum for this company should be to connect with CTT!! Only that way they might do a good job.

when you try to track your package it only says delivered to 3rd party or somewhere safe. no address, no further information. you contact them and it's Bot responding saying : Go to our support page: Paack Tracking. Enter your tracking number and postal code (ZIP). Select the option "Track my order". where is my package?

We ordered a package from Amazon Spain, its the 3rd package that causes problems getting here. Amazon spain gave me the telephone number of Paack, this experience was really bad, no one that speaks English and the just disconnect you in a very rude way, 5 times in a row. So finding out where your package is isn't possible.

Horrible company. They'll deliver the Amazon merchandise when they feel like it. Had to go to a physical store to buy what I needed. Was faster this way. Pathetic

Many times Paack say they have tried to deliver but my cctv says otherwise. Since Amazon.es started using Paack, the service has gone dow hill and these bad deliveries have made me buy elsewhere. It's a pity.
