“Absolute rubbish.Waited for two whole days for a parcel from Amazon. They claimed that there wasn't anybody in when they came which is untrue .They returned my order to Amazon without consent. This has happened on two different occasions. I refuse to order anything again if the parcel 'service's to be Paack.”
“THE WORST delivery company I've ever had the displeasure of being serviced by. I've repeatedly asked specifically for any other (CTT, SEUR, DHL, a pack of moderately trained dogs dragging the parcel by their jaws) as any of these options would surely outperform PAACK's delivery crew. They not only consistently fail to meet delivery windows, they also make false delivery declarations, have had drivers call me to tell me they dropped my package off two towns over at sone seedy bar because they "don't have the gas" to make it to my house... I pay for Amazon Prime, I pay for next day delivery, I pay to have my stuff arrive at MY address UNDAMAGED! This never happens with PAACK, it's always late, delivered somewhere else and with busted up packaging. The day PAACK goes out of business should be a holiday in Portugal and Spain!”

This company continually LIES and claims they had a problem delivering because no one was home - my house is NEVER unattended
I asked for the complaints book which is mandatory by law and they refuse.
I am going to spend money suing this company to ensure they and the shareholders never operate in a public facing business again”

Never use the services of this company. I ordered a toy from the UK to Spain on eBay as a gift from Santa Claus (order 600867912). Unfortunately, the seller used Paack’s services. I received a message from Paack saying that the delivery attempt had failed.
The chat with an operator on the website didn’t work. I barely managed to submit a request to technical support, and all they reply is: “The parcel has been sent back, contact the seller.”
The seller hasn’t received it back even though 2 month has passed since it was sent.
The tracking information on the website contains for 2 weeks false information stating that the parcel has been delivered to the seller.
On the 4 of March they told me that the parcel is on its way to courrier storage. Now they don't answer.
Do not use Paack’s services — you will only ruin your nerves.”
“"Incorrect address" even though I filled THREE TIMES the correct address, and THREE TIMES they claim they couldn't find it and ended up delivering my package someplace else. Like, even Google Maps finds it in less than a second. Not recommended, completely unprofessional company.”
“Terrible service . Not the first time I’m having problems with Paack . They never can deliver packages at time , never can find the direction, do they even try to find it?
Last time they left package at neighbours and nobody said anything , we were looking for our item for a week ! Terrible service”
“Every time I’ve had something delivered with Paack there has been a problem. First time it took 2 months to deliver my parcels which cost me thousands of euros. Second time multiple failed delivery attempts even though I was in the house every time (saying they came to my home when they didn’t). Third time they have delivered my parcel to an unknown location and customer service don’t seem to have a clue how to locate it. THE WORS! I will never buy from a company again that uses them as their courier.”

Each time reported as failed attempt I was home.
I managed to contact customer service via chat and asked to call me by the time of next delivery. Nothing. Another report of failed delivery. Can’t understand why Amazon still uses it.”

Apparently the delivery was left in a ‘safe place’ a garden which is completely false because the order should have been to an office on a street.Paack cannot supply a photograph of this ‘safe place’ or one with the packed visible, only customer service advice is to ‘contact the seller’ . How this company is still used by the seller is something of a mystery. Only one star because there is not an option of none.”
“Just called customer service and ask why they keep rescheduling my package and sometime in their system its said my package is delivered already and after some discussion and I ask more thing he hung up the phone. Very bad customer service and NOT RECOMMENDED”

“Absolutely appalling at delivering. The courier phoned me and asked for location when he has my full name, address and post code and when I told him he said no, no your location, what more could I have possibly given him. He then started shouting and being very rude when I told him you have the correct address. He has now tried to deliver the package twice and I have stayed in two days for it to be delivered and he has now sent it back to SHEIN. I am absolutely furious and I have tried to contact the customer service but have been unable to speak to anyone so that me package can be redelivered and not returned to the seller.”

Ordered at Amazon Uk an article foreseen to be delivered by Paack Spain the December 26th.
After several false statements regarding attempted deliveries, the 30 December they finally wrote to me declaring to have delivered the package to my home.
It's a lie! They haven't dispatched nothing. Not only Paack Spain is working absurdly, considering that the delivery was scheduled for the 26th, but they are also making false statements. Could this be a robbery?”
