So we moved to a new home in the country a year ago, and most of our Amazon orders have been handled by PAACK.
They delivered our daughter's birthday present 4 days late, so she did not have it for her party. When it arrived, we got no explanation, no apology.
At least 10 other times, our orders have arrived days late.
At least 3 times we have had orders marked as delivered, yet no one ever even drove by our house.. then arrived days late.
One night, PAACK showed up at our house at 12:45am to deliver an order I assumed was going to be late. They must have gotten the complaint from Amazon which I had already filed.
Amazon has compensated me at least 5 times this year, so PAACK is losing Amazon money.
The absolute worst delivery company I've ever seen. I actually worked a season at UPS many years ago, and I know any driver who was this consistently undependable would have lost their job. A once a year mistake or tardiness is understandable. 10+ in a year is not.
To mark a delivery as delivered is straight up fraud.”

“The worst courier company I have ever experienced. They don't deserve any stars. My delivery has been 'awaiting rescheduling' for two weeks now. On contact they say that it is due to logistical delays, but refused to say what the reason was for the delay and when my package would be delivered.

“If i could i would give 0 stars. Kiwoko Portugal uses this delivery service, and unfortunately, they've lost a customer. We've never received a package from this company. It's the only company that consistently manages to change the shipment status to "delivered" without actually delivering it. We never receive a notification from the drivers, nothing at all! We've never had any problems with any other parcel service—GLS, DPD, UPS, you name it. A terrible experience, as we've NEVER received a package.”
“The worst experience so far. First, I’m surprised that there are still delivery companies offering 9 am - 10 pm time slots, making you wait for a delivery for 13 hours. Secondly, the courier didn’t show up two days in a row, and I received notifications of failed delivery attempts as if the recipient (me) wasn’t there. Since I ordered the parcel to my office address, not only was I present, but so was the concierge at the ground floor. Finally, when I tried to discuss the issue over the phone (doing my best with Google Translate to speak in Spanish, since no agents speak English), they would just hang up on me. And of course, such things happen, when the delivery is super important and time sensitive for you.”

“Absolutely the worst delivery service I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered an item from Amazon and unfortunately it ended up with Paack (a company I didn’t even know existed until now—big mistake).
According to them, my package was “lost or damaged.” I called several times and spoke with different agents in Spain, and every single one of them hung up on me the moment I asked them to stay on the line to verify the information they were giving me. No respect for the customer, zero empathy, and absolutely no willingness to help. Instead of explaining what happened, they just told me to contact Amazon—and then hung up again.
I want to emphasize that I was always polite and explicitly asked them not to disconnect the call. They still did it. That’s how little they care about customers.
Please, never use this company if you have the choice. It’s been a frustrating and unacceptable experience from start to finish.”

Always reschedule, claiming the costumer wasn't available at the address, or they couldn't get the costumer on the phone, or the address is incomplete, even though all other delivery companies use the same address without problems.
Costumer support of PAACK is useless.
I've had next day parcels arriving 14 days later, or not even arriving at all.
The drivers are always kind and respectfull when they do get here, but the service doesn´t work for next day or even next week deliveries.
I understand it's not an actual delivery company, but more a service where other delivery professionals can take a side gig and make some extra cash on the way of their actual delivery job, but this is totally useless.”

Whenever I order from SHIEN and I find out the delivery service is Paack I just know my order will take like 1month to get to me and I will need to text their robot chat box. “This is the worst package transport company I ever experienced.
I received a call from the carrier to confirm if I was at my apartment to receive the package. The carrier wanted me to go down to the street to pick up the package, but I wasn't able to do that because I was in a work meeting and my availability was quite tight.
The package was light and I have an elevator, it's not an issue bringing the package to the door of my apartment, I never experimented issues with that with other companies. However, the carrier insisted in me leaving my apartment to pick up the package, and not only that, he was very disrespectful the entire time.
I contacted Paack support and they said they would investigate the issue and that they would try to send it to me again. But no... they didn't try a second delivery, they just returned it! They don't care about the recipients of the package and give a very bad service in overall. They should be avoided when possible. Very disrespectful and non-professional company.”
“Today (29/08/2025) I received an email at 13:57 saying that my package from Amazon had been delivered. I was at the delivery address at said time and no delivery had been made. I unsuccessfully tried to contact them by phone and also via bot chat. I forwarded the delivery email to an email and they replied the package had been delivered, they sent me a copy of the delivery receipt. The illegible scribble on the delivery receipt is not my signature! They replied again saying that after "reviewing all available proof" my package had been delivered. I don’t know what kind of reviews paack undertook, but the package was NOT delivered to me. That scribble is NOT my signature and I did NOT receive my package.
I’m also in contact with the seller (Amazon, in this case), but ultimately paack is the delivery service, so the seller relies on this company for the package to arrive safely. Where is my package? Have I been a victim of fraud? Has the package been misplaced?Has the package been stolen?
Who has my package? I have tried contacting paack by phone but no one answers. It is impossible to speak to a human being at paack and I need further clarification and information.
They offer a terrible delivery service that simply does not do what it sets out to do: deliver! I’ve never had any delivery problems with the other carriers. I’ve been an Amazon Prime customer for years and I’ve never had any issues with package delivery.
There’s a first time for everything and I’m sorry that I’m having to deal with paack's negligence, incompetence and pilferage.”

I stopped my Amazon Prime due to this company. What good is "Free Delivery" without the delivery. I have complained over and over again with little success. Their web site and the ability to get anything to my house are equally unsuccessful. Now watch, they will send be a automatic reply without fixing a thing. They don't care.”
