“This is the worst package transport company I ever experienced.
I received a call from the carrier to confirm if I was at my apartment to receive the package. The carrier wanted me to go down to the street to pick up the package, but I wasn't able to do that because I was in a work meeting and my availability was quite tight.
The package was light and I have an elevator, it's not an issue bringing the package to the door of my apartment, I never experimented issues with that with other companies. However, the carrier insisted in me leaving my apartment to pick up the package, and not only that, he was very disrespectful the entire time.
I contacted Paack support and they said they would investigate the issue and that they would try to send it to me again. But no... they didn't try a second delivery, they just returned it! They don't care about the recipients of the package and give a very bad service in overall. They should be avoided when possible. Very disrespectful and non-professional company.”
“Today (29/08/2025) I received an email at 13:57 saying that my package from Amazon had been delivered. I was at the delivery address at said time and no delivery had been made. I unsuccessfully tried to contact them by phone and also via bot chat. I forwarded the delivery email to an email and they replied the package had been delivered, they sent me a copy of the delivery receipt. The illegible scribble on the delivery receipt is not my signature! They replied again saying that after "reviewing all available proof" my package had been delivered. I don’t know what kind of reviews paack undertook, but the package was NOT delivered to me. That scribble is NOT my signature and I did NOT receive my package.
I’m also in contact with the seller (Amazon, in this case), but ultimately paack is the delivery service, so the seller relies on this company for the package to arrive safely. Where is my package? Have I been a victim of fraud? Has the package been misplaced?Has the package been stolen?
Who has my package? I have tried contacting paack by phone but no one answers. It is impossible to speak to a human being at paack and I need further clarification and information.
They offer a terrible delivery service that simply does not do what it sets out to do: deliver! I’ve never had any delivery problems with the other carriers. I’ve been an Amazon Prime customer for years and I’ve never had any issues with package delivery.
There’s a first time for everything and I’m sorry that I’m having to deal with paack's negligence, incompetence and pilferage.”
“Twice in the same week, delivery not delivered and fake signature as evidence. Amazon were good and I have refunded but means I can no longer use Amazon if they use Paack. Time wasters!”

I stopped my Amazon Prime due to this company. What good is "Free Delivery" without the delivery. I have complained over and over again with little success. Their web site and the ability to get anything to my house are equally unsuccessful. Now watch, they will send be a automatic reply without fixing a thing. They don't care.”

“This company is a joke or a scam to fleece Amazon and its customers. I have had two separate items ordered from Amazon and this company take the address but add it into their system incorrectly. It then becomes un-deliverable as all the key information such as building number has been removed.
Once might be a mistake but twice isn't. On both occasions, I repeatedly attempted to contact customer service to update the address, or provide notes to the delivery person but was entirely ignored.
The items were then marked as return to sender for 'damaged package in transit' and then 'item billing error'.
On both occasions, prior to the failed delivery attempts, I contact Amazon to explain the issue and the they advised there was nothing they could do. They also advised the best thing was to wait until the time passed and get a refund - what is use is that when you need a parcel.
It seems very odd behavior to make a package impossible to deliver, then make a fictitious reason up as to why.
It would be interesting to know if Paack get paid irrespective of the package being delivered as long as they can claim deliveries were attempted.”
“Do you want your parcel to be stolen? Use Paack. Do you want the courier to say that they tried to deliver but no one answer when the address is a 24/7 store? Use Paack. Incompetence meets dishonesty.”

No he recibido mi paquete, pero en su sistema aparece como “entregado”. He contactado con atención al cliente varias veces, y aunque me enviaron un albarán de entrega, el paquete no llegó a mí.
Además, el paquete que sí recibí no era mío. Paack no ha ofrecido ninguna solución ni ha respondido de forma útil.
Servicio poco profesional, sin seguimiento real ni interés por resolver el problema.

“Paack fail about half our (many) deliveries. The drivers have no local knowledge and won't use their phones (probably because they have to pay themselves). They claim to have tried delivering at weird times - our cameras say not.
We get regular deliveries by all the major companies. Only this one is an endless, repeating disaster. Please let it go bust soon.”

This is by far the worst delivery service I’ve ever encountered. The driver never called, never messaged, and from what I can tell, never even tried to deliver the package.
Honestly, I doubt they even made an actual delivery attempt. Extremely careless and unprofessional.
I hope the company takes action, because this level of service is unacceptable.”
“I was supposed to receive a Zara delivery to Cap D'ail in France. Paack kept saying they would deliver the next day for about 10 days I waited inside all day. they promised to call, or leave with neighbours. But every day they didn't come. Suddenly after 10 days, I received an email saying they'd delivered!! With a fake signature. BUT there was no parcel delivered, none of my neighbours received it, I received no phone call, and the signature was nothing like mine. I arrived home half an hour after the allegedly delivery and there was nothing nowhere. Zara says case closed because they have Paack's proof of delivery. Liars. And Zara's lack of interest was also pretty shocking. And there are no phone numbers, no-one to speak to by phone neither at PAACK nor Zara. I will declare fraud to my bank and try to reclaim my money that way. Meanwhile I will warn people about PAACK and Zara deliveries.”
“Paack, completely useless and frankly, dishonest. EVERY SINGLE TIME they are commissioned to deliver packages to us, we get repeated messages from them saying they attempted deliveries but failed to deliver. I know for A FACT these messages to be untrue. On every occasion we have been in and waiting for them and once I was working in the area next to the front gate at the time they claimed to have attempted a delivery. It’s pathetic. I wish Amazon Spain wouldn’t use them, it actually puts me off buying from Amazon.”
“Pack are the worst courier in the world bar none. Promised to deliver Tuesday. Didn’t arrive, then said they would deliver Friday, claimed they had tried to deliver at 6.50 am on Friday?? Then again on Saturday then Monday, all very early, all when we were at home. Why oh why do Amazon España use these totally inept lying amateurs.
