Terrible service . Not the first time I’m having problems with Paack . They never can deliver packages at time , never can find the direction, do they even try to find it? Last time they left package at neighbours and nobody said anything , we were looking for our item for a week ! Terrible service

Every time I’ve had something delivered with Paack there has been a problem. First time it took 2 months to deliver my parcels which cost me thousands of euros. Second time multiple failed delivery attempts even though I was in the house every time (saying they came to my home when they didn’t). Third time they have delivered my parcel to an unknown location and customer service don’t seem to have a clue how to locate it. THE WORS! I will never buy from a company again that uses them as their courier.

Giving 1 star is way too much but there was no option for zero. Why does this delivery service ALWAYS fail ? I don’t even understand why the companies use them anymore at this point.

Total scam. I had to stay three days at home waiting for my order. Each time reported as failed attempt I was home. I managed to contact customer service via chat and asked to call me by the time of next delivery. Nothing. Another report of failed delivery. Can’t understand why Amazon still uses it.

Another woeful experience. Apparently the delivery was left in a ‘safe place’ a garden which is completely false because the order should have been to an office on a street.Paack cannot supply a photograph of this ‘safe place’ or one with the packed visible, only customer service advice is to ‘contact the seller’ . How this company is still used by the seller is something of a mystery. Only one star because there is not an option of none.

Just called customer service and ask why they keep rescheduling my package and sometime in their system its said my package is delivered already and after some discussion and I ask more thing he hung up the phone. Very bad customer service and NOT RECOMMENDED

I had problems with them two times. Yesterday I got a message that the package was delivered (on Sunday at 19:45). But of course, nothing was delivered. Still waiting for it. Already contacted them via support chat and also contacted the seller.

Paack is worse delivery company ever they don't deliver in Portugal they only have 2 cars for delivery each time Amazon gives my order to paack i know i have to forget about

Say packaged was delivered. Even send me signature picture even (fake signature - forgery)... Difficult to contact them. Contact support page is not working.

Absolutely appalling at delivering. The courier phoned me and asked for location when he has my full name, address and post code and when I told him he said no, no your location, what more could I have possibly given him. He then started shouting and being very rude when I told him you have the correct address. He has now tried to deliver the package twice and I have stayed in two days for it to be delivered and he has now sent it back to SHEIN. I am absolutely furious and I have tried to contact the customer service but have been unable to speak to anyone so that me package can be redelivered and not returned to the seller.

The worst courier service ever! Ordered at Amazon Uk an article foreseen to be delivered by Paack Spain the December 26th. After several false statements regarding attempted deliveries, the 30 December they finally wrote to me declaring to have delivered the package to my home. It's a lie! They haven't dispatched nothing. Not only Paack Spain is working absurdly, considering that the delivery was scheduled for the 26th, but they are also making false statements. Could this be a robbery?

So many delivery attempts and always saying can’t find address but all other companies can deliver just fine to address. Getting really annoying as wanting parcel that needs delivering

I have had bad expereinces with Paack for several years, but ordering with Amazon.ed Prime does not allow me to select a courier. Paack have twice thrown my delivery onto my balcony, with a glass front and deliveries are always late. My latest Amazon orders were made on the 29th November and have still not arrived. Paack have sent me information that the items were out for delivery on the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th of December, but no delivery attempt was made. I have complained to Amazon, who were helpful, and Paack, who denied responsabilty and said the delivery would be 're-scheduled'. I have still received nothing, and orders made a week later have also still not been delivered. Why does Amazon continue to use them?

Ordered on the 27th November (Thursday) from Amazon, with indication of delivery on the 2nd December. Since the delivery date was on a Tuesday, ask for delivery to my company's address, since no one would be at home. On saturday 29th received, received mail giving the good news that delivery would be done in that very same day... saturday... company was closed. On the 29th, Amazon sent an email reporting that Paack had a problem and delivery was not possible but would retry... and advising to contact Paack, but i had no contact email or phone. Ended up replying on the mail received. On the 2nd finally got a message from Paack indicating they had created a ticket. 1h later received a mail indicating " The postal code 4470-605 is experiencing a logistical delay due to increased volume during this time of year. We cannot confirm an exact delivery date, but our team is working to ensure your order arrives within 72 hours." Today, 5th of December, the delivery was not yet made. The item ordered was a secret santa gift for a party on the 5th of December.... and therefore failed its purpose I ordered something that reported a delivery date on the 2nd. Party was on the 5th. Paack failed to honor its commitment, provides no commited ETA and worse of all, does not even have a phone line one can call to follow up in person. Acts witout any shred of accountability and protected from the frustration of its customers. I will never use them again and strongly suggest to keep away from this company. Unless you accept that being surprised by December having a peak on transit volume is a decent argument.... KEEP AWAY AND SPREAD THE WORD!!

Horrific delivery experience. They have my address correct (according to their own system), yet every delivery fails due to "customer absent" (not true, was waiting at home) or "incomplete address". Nobody to talk to and nobody will call me to try and figure out the problem. Total waste of a company.

Everytime a company says paack is doing the delivery I get so annoyed, 5 seperate parcels I’ve had now with them which zero of them have been delivered, absolute shambles of a company can’t believe companies use them
