“Worst delivery company ever. I was at home all day waiting for them and they didn't deliver, just to receive an email telling me that the driver didn't find me home.”
“I recently ordered a package on Shein with some items I need ASAP for work. I was assigned the courier PAAK. The first time they tried to deliver the package they said there was an anomaly in my address (which is simply untrue because last time with a different courier the address worked just fine); on the phone the operator told me the delivery guy, upon seeing the intercom with two rows of names, thought they were two different intercoms, which in and of itself is crazy. Apparently he sent a ticket to fix it but this morning the delivery failed again, the operator on the phone claimed the delivery guy couldn't find the address and that after two failed delivery attempts they will be sending the package back to Shein. Both times they neglected to call me despite the supposed delivey issues.”
“Every single delivery with Paack in Portugal went wrong. They never deliver on time, then they add wrong comments on Amazon: that I have not been at home, that I changed the delivery time or that they could not find my address. All these are lies! Again, this happens on every single delivery with Paack. I do not understand why Amazon still keeps using this company.”
“Paack in Portugal: It works badly. Not delivers as previously announced. The delivery staff (drivers) are very friendly, but have not been trained or at least informed about the Portuguese postal system. Paack is not up to date! They still do not know that there is a central distribution place in Lisbon for parcels and packages in Portugal, from which deliveries are distributed throughout the country. This means that all deliveries are placed in a locker system in the individual towns and cities, from where the individual customer can collect their delivery close to where they live. Everything is organized digitally and the customer is given their own personal code for each collection. These lockers are accessible 24/7. Which the customer appreciates. Since Paack has been operating here, no times have been kept and deliveries are usually too late. Sometimes very lat. The ‘joke’ is that Paack then informs us that the delivery could not be handed in.
Minimum for this company should be to connect with CTT!! Only that way they might do a good job.”
“when you try to track your package it only says delivered to 3rd party or somewhere safe. no address, no further information. you contact them and it's Bot responding saying :

“We ordered a package from Amazon Spain, its the 3rd package that causes problems getting here.
Amazon spain gave me the telephone number of Paack, this experience was really bad, no one that speaks English and the just disconnect you in a very rude way, 5 times in a row.
So finding out where your package is isn't possible.”

“Many times Paack say they have tried to deliver but my cctv says otherwise. Since Amazon.es started using Paack, the service has gone dow hill and these bad deliveries have made me buy elsewhere. It's a pity.”
“The driver throws the package over the front door while it's clear that three dogs are inside. The package was completely destroyed and there was acrylic paint inside, so the dogs were poisoned.
This is the worst service I've seen among all delivery services in Spain. I want a solution and compensation. If no one answers the phone, can they return it to the distribution center? What's the point of throwing away a package so thoughtlessly?”
“One star for Paack is a lot. Totally incompetent company. The parcel nr. 600566490 has been on its way for two weeks and I still don't have it, today I found out that this company delivered it and returned it to the sender. They have a non-functioning parcel tracking system, they do not send any delivery date notification. They don't even call, they don't send an email. One delivery attempt, no notification in the mailbox, and if you're not at home, they immediately return the package to the sender, even if it's from out of state. Terrible communication. Worst carrier I've ever come across.”
“Tuve una experiencia muy negativa con Paack en la entrega de mi pedido #437486343. Compré un producto a través de Myprotein el 7 de enero de 2025, y después de más de tres semanas de espera y sin información clara sobre su paradero, misteriosamente apareció como "entregado" el 29 de enero.
El problema es que no he recibido absolutamente nada. Contacté con Paack de inmediato, y lo único que hicieron fue decirme que estaban "investigando". No me han proporcionado ninguna prueba de entrega real, como una firma, foto o ubicación exacta.
Claramente, esta empresa marca paquetes como entregados sin haberlos entregado realmente, lo que es inaceptable. Además, el servicio de atención al cliente es lento e ineficaz, sin ofrecer soluciones concretas.
Si puedes evitar Paack, hazlo, ya que no se hacen responsables de los problemas que generan. Espero que mi experiencia ayude a otros a tomar decisiones informadas.”
“This happens every time a company sends me a parcel by Paack. The delivery man calls my phone while sitting in a restaurant enjoying whatever he is drinking, demanding me to walk and pick up the parcel instead of him doing his job which I believe was delivering mail to our door.”
“I have never actually received an order that arrives within a week or even arrives at all in Milan from Paack. I ordered a lot of items from Zara Home on the 3rd of January, 27 days ago (a large sum of money has been taken out of my account) and none of parcels have arrived. I have contacted Paack and I received very rude emails asking me to patient, you cannot ask someone to be patient when they have paid for a service and it has nearly been a month of waiting. Furthermore no explanation has been given to why the parcels are delayed. My last order that I ordered in November took two months to arrive, what is going on? Very disappointed.”

I ordered an expensive chromebook for next day delivery on Amazon that i needed fpr work and the delivery driver just never came and lied saying that i wasnt home.
They also did this 10mins before they close their office so i could not complain and contact them.
