Living in Barcelona, I tried multiple delivery companies and got different experiences. Paack is, by all means, the worst from the first time. - They did not even bother trying to actually deliver the parcel. - They simply indicated that I refused to receive it ('failed delivery attempt') and sent it back. Indeed, I did not refuse - I didn't even have a chance to, and they did not try to reach out to me BEFORE canceling my order. (yes, there were two 'failed attempts' marked yesterday and today, but both times no one called the door or contacted me in other way) - Their mailbox is noreply and doesn't receive emails. There is no client service, no chance to dispute that weird statement. I am glad I didn't have to pay for the delivery, but I definitely lost time. When ordering, I was choosing between two shops with nearly the same price, and I picket Fnac because there is their shop nearby and I assumed that in the worst case I will be able to pick it there (which appeared to be not the case) - and now I regret about it. I have never seen such a disorganized and careless company as Paack. I live in Spain, and their customer service replied to me in Italian, while the parcel was sent to a completely wrong address that I never provided. That already shows how uncoordinated they are. The courier never came for the second delivery, even though I was at home all day. My desk is right next to the window facing the street, and I can clearly confirm that no one came or rang the bell. Still, Paack insists that there were two delivery attempts. That is simply not true. I was given a second chance to change the delivery address, which I did correctly. The driver even called me and sent a picture of the package with the new address written on it. Despite that, nobody came the second time, and now the parcel is being returned to the United Kingdom. I paid more than twenty five euros, around thirty pounds, in customs fees, which I will probably lose because of their mistake. The way customer service handled this has been shocking, cold, and dismissive, refusing to take any responsibility. They just keep saying it was returned according to protocol, when in reality they never even tried to deliver it. After reading other reviews, I discovered that many people have experienced the exact same situation. Fake delivery attempts, false updates, and no accountability appear to be common with this company. I am truly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and honesty. If your parcel is handled by Paack, you are likely to lose your time, your money, and your patience. Never again. Avoid Paack at all costs.

Worst company ever . I paid extra for my parcel to have it in a specific date and never came , no quick replies and excuses about driver delay while i had paid extra .

Llevo cuatro pedidos diferentes con Paack, y por segunda vez consecutiva, todos han sido retrasados sin aviso previo, sin nueva fecha de entrega y sin ninguna explicación. Pago por un servicio de entrega a domicilio (a través de Amazon Prime), y lo único que recibo es silencio, excusas vacías y una total falta de profesionalidad. No es un error puntual, es un patrón de incompetencia: Ninguna comunicación clara sobre los retrasos. Ninguna fecha concreta de cuándo llegarán mis paquetes. Ninguna solución ofrecida, solo mensajes automáticos para recoger en puntos de recogida lejanos (¡10 km de mi casa!), algo que nunca he aceptado ni aceptaré, ya que pago por entrega en domicilio. Si una empresa no puede cumplir con lo más básico (entregar a tiempo), no debería operar. Paack está arruinando la experiencia de compra y demostrando que no son dignos de confianza. Evítenlos a toda costa y busquen alternativas serias. Mientras tanto, presentaré una reclamación formal ante Amazon y la OMIC. Nunca más Paack."

Multiple phone calls asking where my parcels were. Was assured they would be delivering them only to find out that Paack had sent them back without any attempt to deliver.

I didn’t have a single delivery by paack on time. Sometimes they are 10 days late with the excuse the address is not correct. My address is since 25 years correct. Other carriers have no problem with it. I complained also already at Amazon.

Terrible! The WORST company. I have complained to Amazon and won't stop. They keep asking for more address details and when the delivery arrives the address is correct. They are a shoddy and lazy company.

Refused to leave package (a $2 wrench set) in mailbox. Insisted on having somebody physically present at 2pm during a work day, - without warning - without providing a time slot - or even mentioning I had to be present. Cannot contact customer service. Absolute dogshit company.

Worse delivery company ever, my pack was delivered to wrong pickup point, not to correct address, 35 km away!!! Opened 3 tickets to support, no help and solution was provided. Awfull service

Every single delivery went wrong. The whole company is a disaster. I am sorry I don’t have a choice at Amazon for a different delivery service. I am still waiting for order since 8 days.

Dishonest, lazy, incompetent. So we moved to a new home in the country a year ago, and most of our Amazon orders have been handled by PAACK. They delivered our daughter's birthday present 4 days late, so she did not have it for her party. When it arrived, we got no explanation, no apology. At least 10 other times, our orders have arrived days late. At least 3 times we have had orders marked as delivered, yet no one ever even drove by our house.. then arrived days late. One night, PAACK showed up at our house at 12:45am to deliver an order I assumed was going to be late. They must have gotten the complaint from Amazon which I had already filed. Amazon has compensated me at least 5 times this year, so PAACK is losing Amazon money. The absolute worst delivery company I've ever seen. I actually worked a season at UPS many years ago, and I know any driver who was this consistently undependable would have lost their job. A once a year mistake or tardiness is understandable. 10+ in a year is not. To mark a delivery as delivered is straight up fraud.

La peor empresa de reparto con diferencia con la que he tenido que tratar en toda mi vida. Dicen que han pasado a entregar el paquete y que no pudieron realizar la entrega porque no habia nadie, 3 veces seguidas, siendo esto mentira porque estaba en casa todo el rato, y ni y la segunda y la tercera vez ni siquiera se dignaron a llamar al telefono habiendo especificado que si no podian entregarlo lo hicieran, porque si estaba en casa. Y no hay forma de encontrar un numero de atencion al cliente, el cual ni siquiera constestan. El peor servicio de entregas que he visto en mi vida verdaderamente patetico.

Quiero expresar mi descontento con el servicio de entrega. El repartidor no intentó entregar el paquete ni se comunicó por teléfono, a pesar de que estuve en casa todo el día. Espero que Paack revise sus protocolos, porque esta experiencia ha sido muy negativa.

The worst courier company I have ever experienced. They don't deserve any stars. My delivery has been 'awaiting rescheduling' for two weeks now. On contact they say that it is due to logistical delays, but refused to say what the reason was for the delay and when my package would be delivered. Horrible company! Will never use again.

If i could i would give 0 stars. Kiwoko Portugal uses this delivery service, and unfortunately, they've lost a customer. We've never received a package from this company. It's the only company that consistently manages to change the shipment status to "delivered" without actually delivering it. We never receive a notification from the drivers, nothing at all! We've never had any problems with any other parcel service—GLS, DPD, UPS, you name it. A terrible experience, as we've NEVER received a package.

The worst experience so far. First, I’m surprised that there are still delivery companies offering 9 am - 10 pm time slots, making you wait for a delivery for 13 hours. Secondly, the courier didn’t show up two days in a row, and I received notifications of failed delivery attempts as if the recipient (me) wasn’t there. Since I ordered the parcel to my office address, not only was I present, but so was the concierge at the ground floor. Finally, when I tried to discuss the issue over the phone (doing my best with Google Translate to speak in Spanish, since no agents speak English), they would just hang up on me. And of course, such things happen, when the delivery is super important and time sensitive for you.
