I recently ordered a package on Shein with some items I need ASAP for work. I was assigned the courier PAAK. The first time they tried to deliver the package they said there was an anomaly in my address (which is simply untrue because last time with a different courier the address worked just fine); on the phone the operator told me the delivery guy, upon seeing the intercom with two rows of names, thought they were two different intercoms, which in and of itself is crazy. Apparently he sent a ticket to fix it but this morning the delivery failed again, the operator on the phone claimed the delivery guy couldn't find the address and that after two failed delivery attempts they will be sending the package back to Shein. Both times they neglected to call me despite the supposed delivey issues.
