I ordered from Zara and got sent a dispatch email that Paak was delivering my parcel. The email said that my delivery was meant to be on 10 Jul, but nothing arrived. Today (11th July), got another email saying 'your order is on it's way', I still haven't received anything. I paid almost £4 for this delivery, its very disappointing. And the delivery timeframe is so vague - '9am-10pm'.
I do not understand why zara still chooses this company as their courier!!!
