Literally the worst courier service in existence. Bought some items from Zara and Paack delivered them to a random address. They could not tell me where they sent it and advised the only solution would be to go and knock on neighbours doors to find it.
In a world where there are so many great courier companies, dear lord how is this one still in operation.
Avoid shopping online with Zara as it is doubtful you will ever receive your purchase.
