Ordered from zara worth £100. No tracking number was provided from them yet it shows item was delivered. I stayed at home all day to receive the package but I haven’t received anything. Zara customer services are just as bad and tells me it’s been delivered??? And they need 48hrs to investigate this. It’s so frustrating and I don’t think they’re even aware of how many bad reviews they are getting for changing it to this courier. Absolutely shocking!!
