Outrageous service! I'm utterly astonished at how bad this company treats its customers. My package was marked as delivered as it was signed for by someone other than myself (fraud) 3 weeks ago according to a screenshot. I have not received my package nor had information about the resolution. Multiple conversations with "help" desk have been far from helpful. In the last one I asked to speak with a manager was refused outrightly by Lerrey Ann with no explanation as to why I couldn't speak to her manager. Instead, she provided me with an email to send a complaint and ended the chat. Basically the equivalent of hanging up on me. I have no package, no news about what has happened to it and have had appalling customer service
