Paack is an experience that is consistent. Consistently bad. Text links that don't work, texts arriving in the middle of the night, deliveries turning up at the weirdest times (11pm is the worst I've seen) and this has been going on for ages. I order a lot of things from Nespresso and its just a lottery as to what chaos will ensue with the delivery, but you can be sure of one thing it will probably arrive but anybody's guess when and at what time.
