I have no words. The worst level of customer service I have experienced. Flat out refused to even refer me to someone more senior or provide a number (this was over live chat) so I could speak with someone over the phone. Claimed they tried to deliver when they did not. Then denied even trying despite the fact I provided emails, messages and tracking numbers clearly showing they stated they tried. Just kept telling me there was no delivery in the system ignoring all the evidence I provided to the contrary. Astonishing.
