Worst experience ever. They have claimed failed services 3 days in a row and I have been home every single time. Customer service team are not helpful and rude. They claimed my doorbell does not work as an excuse but it certainly does work.
They don’t give a shorter window so you are stuck home from 9am to 10pm waiting.
I talked to 2 customer service agents, tried to call over the phone and I was stuck on a loop with a machine.
