Was waiting all day for my Zara delivery as I was given a window between 9am-10pm. The tracking map never works.
I got an email saying that the order has been delivered even though it has not. I’m still unable to actually locate my parcel and also unable to contact customer services.
Worst service!! Even worse than Hermes!!
