They had texted on 31October to say they would deliver my Amazon order but no one turned up. I had waited for them all day.
They then texted today 1 November to say they would deliver today. I was at home all day at the stated delivery time by Pack and so was my partner. I received text saying "we tried to deliver my Amazon Order U3fL2Hw2_1 at 17.19 pm today but we missed you. afternoon. We will try again on 2/11. " I am not in tomorrow and I can't stay in all day agin for the 3rd day. I see they have a lot of bad reviews.
