Who 'attempts' to deliver a parcel at 11:38pm??!!! The delivery address was my office, so clearly it was closed at that time!
I clicked the link in the text message to re-book a delivery time. I selected today (3rd Nov) between 10am and 12pm - do you think my parcel has arrived??? Not a chance!!! The tracking link is useless, as it just shows my supposed delivery slot, and there is no way to speak to anyone at Paack. Why do firms continue to use these cowboys???!!!!
