too bad you can't give no star because Paack doesn't deserve a single one. 3rd order in a row assigned to them by Amazon that goes wrong. They lie and cheat. Messages are sent that the address is incorrect or that you were not at home while you were at home for the day. Their chat operators suck and lie even worse. It's a pity that companies choose Paack's service.
