Horrendous service. Twice now I received an email claiming they delivered my parcel. Both times I was at home and did not receive any delivery. Starting to feel this is a scam…The picture they sent as a proof of delivery shows them delivering my parcel to a man (I’m a woman) but it’s dark so you can’t tell if it’s my parcel.
