I ordered a parcel from Amazon. They decided to ship it with Paack. At 21h30 I got a notification that the package was delivered (we were home, nobody rang the bell to deliver it). So I went to the entrance to pick it up. There was nothing. No way to contact the company. Fortunately Amazon reshipped the same product free with a different delivery company and I got it. But will never be using Paack if I can avoid it.
