Absolute madness. Paack must have rescheduled the delivery 4 or 5 times by this point? Every time they send me a notification saying my package is out for delivery, they update the tracking page a few hours later with ‘logistical problems’ or ‘delivery rescheduled’. Customer service just sends generic responses apologising for the delays. I can see that lots of other people have experienced the exact same thing and ultimately never received their packages. Is this company a scam? I’d never heard of it before and it has hundreds of one star reviews…
