I want to give zero if possible. This is a fraud company. They never deliver at all, they just keep the parcels and send you messages that they fail to deliver because you are not at home for 2 days, and then they return the parcel to the sender. It is their way not to work but charge somebody double the freight! No way to really contact them because they do not exist! (Can you believe this: their online service provides us a local telephone number which is not activated at all!)
