Everything is wrong. Unprofessional, lying about delivery dates, constantly changing estimated delivery date and time, CLOSING THE CHAT WHILE NOT BEING ABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS, leaving formal email complaints answered either with generic template or unanswered, also lying about attempted deliveries, providing ZERO details about where the package is, avoiding information of the nature of 'logistical issues' - this company is one huge logistical issue and they should be defunded as soon as possible. Merchants like Amazon and Shein should stop using them, as it does damage their reputation as well, indirectly.
What's funnier is that on TrustPilot, they answer to each dissatisfied customer with the same, generic template.
Pathetic service, pathethic unprofessionalism, scammers and liers.
