They called me and said they'll be there in 1 minute to deliver my Amazon package, I was downstairs in 30 seconds and waited for 5 minutes, only to receive an e-mail saying that I was not reachable.
Don't use this company for Last Mile Delivery. It may be cheap, but its definitely going to be more expensive in the end.
