I can not believe this!!! The delivery person didn't even do a complete phone call didn't ring the doorbell and suddenly I just get an email saying they couldnt deliver because the customer was unavailable. I AM HOME IM TRYING TO CALL THE DELIVERY PERSON BACK BECAUSE ITS ONLY BEEN SPLIT SECONDS. How difficult is it to answer a call or stay on the call for 10 seconds when you have bothered to dial a number and that too when it's literally your job? Theres no way to address this on Paack's website, no email address to reach out to them just a chatbot that tells you you were not home WELL I'M MAD BECAUSE I AM HOME WHAT DOES THIS EVEN MEAN? What kind of service is this? All of this happened in the last 15 min btw
