Very bad experience. Our Amazon order should be delivered on 25 August 2024. We got a message that they couldn’t deliver it, whereas our security office - the address to where the package should be delivered- is open 24/7. After several emails from my side, the package should be delivered today, 28 August (!) between 09.00-22.00h. However, no delivery again today.
So, Amazon.es no longer send packages with this courier. It’s not trustworthy at all!
