I ordered 2 items from mediamarkt and paack was responsible for delivering it. when i received the big box, i realize that one item was missing with 'delivered' status in the webpage of mediamarkt. After some time I realized that they opened the box from the bottom and closed again with their tape and stole one item from the box. I had several issues about receiving items from paack but this was the worst
