This company is a joke or a scam to fleece Amazon and its customers. I have had two separate items ordered from Amazon and this company take the address but add it into their system incorrectly. It then becomes un-deliverable as all the key information such as building number has been removed.
Once might be a mistake but twice isn't. On both occasions, I repeatedly attempted to contact customer service to update the address, or provide notes to the delivery person but was entirely ignored.
The items were then marked as return to sender for 'damaged package in transit' and then 'item billing error'.
On both occasions, prior to the failed delivery attempts, I contact Amazon to explain the issue and the they advised there was nothing they could do. They also advised the best thing was to wait until the time passed and get a refund - what is use is that when you need a parcel.
It seems very odd behavior to make a package impossible to deliver, then make a fictitious reason up as to why.
It would be interesting to know if Paack get paid irrespective of the package being delivered as long as they can claim deliveries were attempted.
