This is the worst package transport company I ever experienced. I received a call from the carrier to confirm if I was at my apartment to receive the package. The carrier wanted me to go down to the street to pick up the package, but I wasn't able to do that because I was in a work meeting and my availability was quite tight. The package was light and I have an elevator, it's not an issue bringing the package to the door of my apartment, I never experimented issues with that with other companies. However, the carrier insisted in me leaving my apartment to pick up the package, and not only that, he was very disrespectful the entire time. I contacted Paack support and they said they would investigate the issue and that they would try to send it to me again. But no... they didn't try a second delivery, they just returned it! They don't care about the recipients of the package and give a very bad service in overall. They should be avoided when possible. Very disrespectful and non-professional company.
