Worst delivery service I've ever had experience with. Always reschedule, claiming the costumer wasn't available at the address, or they couldn't get the costumer on the phone, or the address is incomplete, even though all other delivery companies use the same address without problems. Costumer support of PAACK is useless. I've had next day parcels arriving 14 days later, or not even arriving at all. The drivers are always kind and respectfull when they do get here, but the service doesn´t work for next day or even next week deliveries. I understand it's not an actual delivery company, but more a service where other delivery professionals can take a side gig and make some extra cash on the way of their actual delivery job, but this is totally useless.
