Absolutely the worst delivery service I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered an item from Amazon and unfortunately it ended up with Paack (a company I didn’t even know existed until now—big mistake).
According to them, my package was “lost or damaged.” I called several times and spoke with different agents in Spain, and every single one of them hung up on me the moment I asked them to stay on the line to verify the information they were giving me. No respect for the customer, zero empathy, and absolutely no willingness to help. Instead of explaining what happened, they just told me to contact Amazon—and then hung up again.
I want to emphasize that I was always polite and explicitly asked them not to disconnect the call. They still did it. That’s how little they care about customers.
Please, never use this company if you have the choice. It’s been a frustrating and unacceptable experience from start to finish.
