The worst experience so far. First, I’m surprised that there are still delivery companies offering 9 am - 10 pm time slots, making you wait for a delivery for 13 hours. Secondly, the courier didn’t show up two days in a row, and I received notifications of failed delivery attempts as if the recipient (me) wasn’t there. Since I ordered the parcel to my office address, not only was I present, but so was the concierge at the ground floor. Finally, when I tried to discuss the issue over the phone (doing my best with Google Translate to speak in Spanish, since no agents speak English), they would just hang up on me. And of course, such things happen, when the delivery is super important and time sensitive for you.
