I was working with Hanessa and she was very patient as we were moving from one country to another and there were complications and delays with the move. She stuck with us to make sure we were fully aware of our options and walked us through the process of making it all come together. I found dealing with Cigna challenging and expensive but that is not the fault of Hanessa or her agency. Overall, well done and a good supportive service.
