I purchased insurance plans for my parents during their visit to Australia. Alex lp was extremely helpful in recommending appropriate plans and made the whole purchase process seamless. He also promptly helped me cancel the plans once they returned to my home country. Overall, working with Alex was a pleasure and he was always available for any questions I had during the process.
