Just recently had my plan setup with an agent named Mackenzi Hefel. Let me tell you she was super professional and very patient with me. When I emailed her she replied back timely. When I needed to talk over the phone she always called ON TIME. If I missed our call she would immediately email me with a new time. I feel super lucky to have her as my agent.
