Strange bait and switch. Pacific Prime hires expat salespeople to sell expat health insurance to expats in Singapore, and it's almost like they are the only choice for international health insurance in Singapore. You might get a useful salesperson who can help you navigate between two or three policies, but really, you have to write up your own medical history and use your own common sense. They are a glorified mailbox who take a large commission for taking the application you fill up and passing it to the insurance companies. Once you sign, you will be passed to support staff from cheaper countries who cannot answer the most basic question. You are better off asking the insurance company directly for any questions. At best, Pacific Prime might be able to help ask for a discount on a premium renewal, otherwise they are a complete waste of time and you wonder what they do to earn a commission other than forwarding e-mails.
