A while ago I wrote a review and talked about an issue I had with one of the Pac Vac machines. Pac Vac got straight in touch with me and went above and beyond to understand my issues. Not only were they amazingly helpful, polite and kind they solved the problem and had it rectified immediately. My new machines I ordered are perfect and the quality I remember. The ergonomics are great, the machine is powerful and light enough to be carried for many hours work a day. I am again in love with my Pac Vac. 5 stars for the excellent service too.
