“Excellent fast service online with environmental packaging and quality materials. I bought the Pacvac Velo Go for interim cleaning of my hardwood floors. Excellent suction, including cat carpet posts, rugs, mats etc no need to change the head. Harness is a dream. I find releasing the batteries from the charger a bit tricky but this is getting easier and only minor for me. Just love it!”

“The pacvac I bought is very uncomfortable to wear. Its super noisy and the vacuum head is so budget (rubbish plastic) the wheels on it are chalkboard screechy annoyingly squeaky. I will not buy pacvac again and I will never recommend others to either.”

Hi Tahlia, We’re sorry to hear that your Pacvac hasn’t met your expectations, particularly around comfort, noise and the floor tool. Our backpack harness includes three height settings, allowing you to adjust where the vacuum sits on your back for a more personalised fit. The thicker padding, load-bearing straps and mesh backing are also designed to provide additional support and ventilation. Correct adjustment can make a significant difference to how the machine feels during use, and we’d be happy to help you with the setup. Regarding the squeaking from the floor tool, the wheels are made from rubber rather than hard plastic to help protect flooring, improve grip and provide smoother movement. Squeaking can occur if hair, sand or other debris becomes caught around the wheels and causes them to rotate unevenly. We recommend checking and cleaning around the wheels regularly and avoiding excessive downward pressure when vacuuming. If the wheels appear damaged or continue to squeak after cleaning, please contact us so we can investigate this further. We also understand your feedback regarding noise. On your model chosen, the Duo has a specialised by-pass motor, which provides additional motor protection, including in the event of accidental liquid suction, but can operate louder than some standard motor designs. The Duo has a specified noise level of approximately 76.6 dB(A) at ear level. We want customers to have a machine that suits both their cleaning environment and individual needs, which is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if the product isn’t right for you. “I had read many reviews on Pacvac’s and everyone was saying the same thing how good they are. The whole experience from order all the way through to using the Pacvac has been outstanding. The order was placed in about 2 minutes I had so many emails telling me what was happening and it arrived days before it was expected. The follow up emails and information has been outstanding also. The vacuum itself is the best vacuum we have ever used it is so light once on your back powerful and so easy to use. The only issue for our staff is the cord getting all tangled but I think we have fixed the problem now but a minor issue that people need to adapt to with a change. The Pacvac leaves our old nilfisk vacuums for dead but in saying that they are approx 20 years old. I cannot highly recommend the Pacvac to everyone especially door commercial cleaning absolutely fantastic product and love it to death. Thank you so very much.”

“I am really enjoying using this vacuum as i have only ever used a barrel type vacuum before. The only thing negative i would say is that the cord gets tangled a lot easier due to the way it is rolled when it arrives. Trying to get those curls out is annoying. Otherwise the perfect vacuum for what it is designed for.”
