“I am really enjoying using this vacuum as i have only ever used a barrel type vacuum before. The only thing negative i would say is that the cord gets tangled a lot easier due to the way it is rolled when it arrives. Trying to get those curls out is annoying. Otherwise the perfect vacuum for what it is designed for.”

“Awesome vacuum huge suction power, light weight and long cord, managing the cord is a little bit of an issue as it doesn't retract but it's a minor issue given how effective this machine is. Dog hair gone and such an affordable price compared to domestic vacuum cleaners.”

“We only use Pacvac vacuums for our contract cleaning business and are very happy with the vacuums. However, the floor tool supplied often breaks quickly. Sometimes on the first use.”

“Excellent Customer Service! I recently purchased a part for my vacuum from this company and was so impressed with their customer service. From start to finish, the team was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure I had the right product for my needs. “Hi, I have purchased many expensive overhyped / under engineered vacuum cleaners over the last 30years. Fed up with overpriced garbage I went a different route, researched AU manufacturers from a commercial view and found these folks. So for home I purchased a PacVac Thrift about 18months ago and haven’t looked back, it’s gets absolutely hammered and it just keeps delivering. I purchased some bags on line and they reached out and ask how everything is…this is a great Australian company that manufactures a great product and connects with the customer. “Not only am I extremely happy with my Velo backpack vacuum, the customer service at Pacvac has been outstanding. Kristyn Netscher, in particular, has been amazing. Kristyn has always responded quickly to my queries, with positive feedback and outcomes, and exceptional support and service.
