“Love my Thrift 650 but am a little disappointed with the Superpro 700 I just purchased. Just doesn't have the same power and suction as the Thrift. My only other disappointment is that Amex isn't accepted on the webstore. I kept getting error codes saying 'Zip Code Invalid' on the website but the money was taken as pending in my Amex account. I contacted Pacvac who did get back to me but stated they did not accept Amex and it would be reversed in a couple of days. This hasn't happened to me on any other website before and if Amex is not accepted it should state that at checkout and not present an unrelated error code. Disappointment aside the product is good value, the website is informative and the overall experience was ok.”

“I have a large house with stairs. Generally, I like using it on the carpet rooms, stairs and skirting board in my home. I find it is not heavy on the back. For the large timber floor area in my home, I find it is quicker to use a floor dust mop than vacuuming.”
