“The only complaint so far is the small pack vac I purchased the cord shorted out after 2 weeks . Design problem. I attached same cord attachement as the industrial ones and it’s fine . A replacement is n would be appreciated. 👍👍”

“Customer service is exceptional! They go out of their way to deliver exceptional service across every aspect of the company. Not just one employee but every employee I had the pleasure of dealing with! Only thing that stopped me giving a 5 star review is my experience with the actual product. More so the attachments, not the vacuum cleaner. I wish I was blown away by the vacuum because I was totally blown away by the company!”

“I ordered backpack 5 litre paper bags which arrived in a few days. Condition good and intact and have used product in vaccum back cleaner to vaccum my gutters during the dry weather only and was very pleased.”

“From first use, the wheels on the vacuum head have squeaked extremely loudly while using it. This is especially a problem in the commercial setting it's used in. The noise makes me cringe every time, it's the equivalent of someone cramping their fingernails on a blackboard. I'm embarassed to use it in front of guests at our hotel. A bit more attention to detail with quality control needed by the manufacturer.”

“I have a Pacvac Battery SuperPro which we have used every week day for 11 months without a problem. One of the hinges on the lid broke last month. I was easily able to order another one from Pacvac but my package was delayed by Australia Post in arriving. The amazing customer service team at Pacvac arrange for my order to be resent by express delivery and recalled the lost package. I really appreciated their help as this part is important to the vacuum functioning well and we rely on it every day. Thanks Pacvac!”

“I love my Velo, has made my job so much easier. I cannot fault the vacuum at all. However I have only had the vacuum for less than 2 months and it had started to cut off while in use and I have to hold the cord near when it plugs into the machine for it to stay on. Sometimes this doesn't even work. I have check the cord for any damage and all seems fine.”
