I reached out to customer service regarding a broken piece on my floor tool, they got back to me within such a fast turn around and happily arranged a replacement after sending through photos and proof of purchase. I cannot rate that kind of service high enough when you’re trying to run a business and rely heavily on products. Thank you to Erin for going above and beyond.
