“From the order to delivery was over 1 month. The customer was not very happy and neither were we.”

Hi Beat, It appears there is a discrepancy between your experience and what is showing on our delivery portal. Our records indicate your order was delivered in 12 business days, which is not unusual for shipment to remote areas and dangerous goods handling (due to your order containing batteries). Hi David, At Pacvac we pride ourselves on our same day dispatch policy. ⭐️ I’ve had a look at your order that was placed on May 26, Australia Post picked it up on the same day and it only arrived in Melbourne on Sunday (7th June). Australia post has been experiencing delays due to the covid-19 climate, so we’re sorry for the delay in postage and appreciate your understanding of the situation.
