I ordered and paid for four Superpro 700s on 13/9/23. Only three arrived. I have phoned a number of times to sort this out with no success. The first couple of calls I was informed they would look into it and call back. I phoned again 11/10/23 and was told the expected delivery was 12/10/23, but still no vacuum. 16/10/23 was told they would look into it again. I have not heard from Provac Pty Ltd once. Today I will call again, failing that I will have to take further action. Such a waste of time and money.
