“Hi Pacvac is a great machine. We do however have difficulty with the charging station. Only one side recharges the battery and the result is that the vacuum runs out if charge halfway through the cleaning. Can you do a swap over for a replacement charger?”

“Customer service is exceptional! They go out of their way to deliver exceptional service across every aspect of the company. Not just one employee but every employee I had the pleasure of dealing with! Only thing that stopped me giving a 5 star review is my experience with the actual product. More so the attachments, not the vacuum cleaner. I wish I was blown away by the vacuum because I was totally blown away by the company!”

“I love my Velo, has made my job so much easier. I cannot fault the vacuum at all. However I have only had the vacuum for less than 2 months and it had started to cut off while in use and I have to hold the cord near when it plugs into the machine for it to stay on. Sometimes this doesn't even work. I have check the cord for any damage and all seems fine.”

“I have bought 6 pacvac vacuum machines in the past two years, it's good for our business, we like this machine, but we some machines were wrong only have been used several months, so I have to buy a new one, I don't know where and how to warranty.”

“The order was originally mucked up - we were sent 3 regular Pacvacs instead of the 1 cordless Pacvac we ordered - but we’re very happy with the vac now that we have it. It’s much easier to use, and is used more regularly than our old plug in one.”

“nice ,compact and powerful however the tools that come with vacuum don't stay on the end of the wand and keep falling off. still a good vacuum. sam”
